Member Management & Ecommerce Feature

Multiple ECommerce Options: Our software can be configured to work with all major payment gateways, merchant service providers, and Paypal. Different membership plans (annually, quarterly or monthly) can be accepted online. You may also have auto billing for recurring dues payment plans.

Online Registration: We provide secure web server protected by strong 128 bit encryption technology. Every member who joins online receives user ID and password instantly after completing the registration process. This user ID and password provides full access to the members-only area. Members can view complete event details, sign up to events, and stay in touch with other members.

Multiple User Levels: There are three user levels: One for your members, one for club leaders/event organizers, and one for your club authorized personnel such as owners and appointed administrators. Leaders may post events, which go into a queue for approval. Only your authorized personnel and administrators may approve events and post them to your calendar. Additionally, administrators have access to other member management features.

Member Profiles & Communication: Members are able to update their contact information, user name, password, and other personal information. They may also post profiles about themselves as well as upload a digital photo. Communication among members is enhanced with online messaging, and buddy list system. Buddy list allows members to stay in touch with friends who are members of the club. To protect a members' privacy, people will need permission from the person who they want to add. The system will automatically send a notice to this person asking for permission.


Event Organizers: Not all members may post events. Only designated leaders/event organizers may post events to your calendar of events. All events first go into a queue for approval from the organization's administrator. Designated administrators have the ability to promote members to leaders.

Membership Administration: Only authorized personnel such as owners and appointed administrators have access to a restricted admin. site. Here you can manually add new members, terminate memberships, and update a member's personal information. A variety of reports enable you to view your membership statistics at a glance. You can view near expired members, upcoming birthdays, gender ratio, event payments, and other membership reports.
