Interactive & Database Driven Event Calendar: this interactive calendar serves as a complete event scheduling and registration system. Members will see real time information about club's events and activities. Simply click on the event to view the details about a particular club activity and RSVP online. Events are organized into different category, date, and viewing options. Members can easily find events that fit their interest without any hassle of digging through a scramble of data.

Online Event RSVP & Payment: RSVP for an event is quick and easy. Members may specify the number of guests and add comments to their RSVP. If you have a merchant account or a Paypal account, you can also collect event prepayments online. Conversely, members can also easily withdraw (UN-RSVP) from an event. The software maintains a real-time list of attendees and transaction report.

Waiting List: Event leaders can specify a max. number of people who can sign up for an event. When an event is full, extra RSVPers will be placed on the waiting list. The event leader can move people from the waiting list to the RSVP list at any time.

Event Communication: Event leaders can send Email notifications to the entire RSVP list, or Email one person at a time. Event leaders also have access to attendees' phone numbers in case of emergence or last minute changes.

Event Details: All of the necessary event details are available to your members with one click of the mouse. No more phone calls and Emails with event questions! Attending an event is effortless for your members. Details include the location, date, time, cost (if any), directions and links to maps. Members can also see who has signed up, and may also Email event info to another members or friends. You can add HTML, graphics and other flashy contents on the event description.

Posting & Updating Events: Not all members may post events. Only designated leaders may post events. All events first go into a queue for approval from a administrator. Event leaders have the ability to update event data on the fly.

Event Administration: Administrators use the restricted site admin. to review and approve posted events. No event goes onto your calendar before it is approved. You can quickly and easily add/modify/delete events here as well.
